You will set up machinery, adjust settings, monitor output, inspect finished products, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in an industrial setting, experience with automated equipment, and flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts that require every other weekend availability.
• Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Essential reading and writing skills are required.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand 8-12 hours during a shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor converting equipment to produce quality products.
• Set up and adjust machinery; monitor production and inspect finished products.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and complete production documentation.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area; follow Environmental Health & Safety policies.
• Assist packers to keep production lines running.
• Clean up and organize the department at shift end.
• Support other operators to minimize downtime.
