Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe operation of equipment and the safety of staff.
• Maintain high quality standards and address quality issues with urgency.
• Operate and optimize high speed equipment in coordination with Maintenance and Process Support.
• Perform product and grade changeovers per schedule.
• Input measurements into computer systems and monitor performance.
• Respond to defects or machine alarms to uphold standards.
• Handle and feed raw materials to maintain production.
• Perform general housekeeping to support safety and quality.
