Responsibilities
  • Configure and calibrate slitting and rewinding equipment to meet specific production requirements for tension, speed, and blade alignment.
  • Execute the loading and unloading of heavy material rolls, utilizing mechanical assistance tools to ensure safe and efficient handling.
  • Conduct rigorous quality inspections throughout the production run to identify defects and ensure adherence to strict dimensional standards.
  • Perform routine mechanical troubleshooting and minor adjustments to maintain optimal machine uptime and performance.
  • Interpret complex work orders to ensure accurate material processing and consistent output quality.
  • Maintain precise production documentation and logs to support inventory and quality tracking initiatives.
  • Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and cleanliness by strictly following operational protocols and maintenance guidelines.
