Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in New York seeks a Trade & P&L Support Associate or Analyst for the US Convertible Bond Desk to maintain P&L integrity, manage risk, resolve trade breaks, support corporate actions, and deliver critical daily reporting to senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Product Control, Financial Control, Trade Support and external counterparties to drive accurate outcomes under tight timelines, and support client onboarding and remediation activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis on P&L discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks and disputes with clients and broker counterparties.
• Maintain instrument reference data, including reconciliations and updates.
• Generate and distribute Sales & Trading reports for morning meetings.
• Run end-of-day P&L and risk capture and distribute outputs to senior management.
• Assist traders with corporate actions elections and event processing.
• Support new client onboarding and remediation activities.
