Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Trade & P&L Support Associate/Analyst on the US Convertible Bond Desk to help maintain desk P&L integrity and risk. You will resolve trade breaks, support corporate actions, and deliver daily reporting to senior stakeholders in collaboration with Product Control, Financial Control, Trade Support, and external counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis on P&L discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with Product Control, Financial Control, and Trade Support
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks and disputes with client and broker counterparties
• Maintain instrument reference data, including periodic reconciliations and required updates
• Generate and distribute Sales & Trading reports for morning meetings
• Run end-of-day P&L and risk capture and distribute outputs to senior management
• Assist traders with corporate actions elections and event processing
• Support new client onboarding and customer remediation activities
