Job summary

The Conversion Tech I at Atlanta Hawks supports our venue by setting up, transforming, and breaking down spaces to meet production needs. You’ll follow instructions to configure seating, staging, and equipment, and assist with room flips and teardowns between events.

Hours run 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., including both shifts. Must lift and move heavy objects, work nights, weekends and holidays, and have reliable transportation. We value teamwork, safety, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

• Assist other conversion team members with room flips and setups, as well as teardowns.
• Follow detailed instructions and diagrams to ensure accurate configurations.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform physical conversions of spaces as well as the installation of seats, staging, and equipment.

Job Summary

The Conversion Tech I is responsible for setting up, breaking down, and transforming event spaces or production environments. This role supports the venue’s operational needs by ensuring timely and accurate transitions between event shifts or production modes, as requested.

Key Responsibilities
