Manpower Group (USA) is helping a leading manufacturing client in Louisville, KY to hire a Conversion Machine Operator for the night shift. You will operate, monitor and set up machines, ensuring safe, efficient production and accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of machine operator experience, forklift proficiency, ability to read technical documents, and can lift up to 40 lbs. This role offers a strong team environment and potential overtime based on demand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of experience as a machine operator.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. for extended periods.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Ability to read technical documents, safety rules, or work orders.

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Conversion Machine Operator to join their team. As a Conversion Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Conversion Machine Operator

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay Range: $20.75

Shift: Nights 11PM-7AM
