Job summary

Zenith Information Systems, Inc. is seeking a Conversion Specialist to prepare, coordinate and execute customer conversions from the legacy Zenith platform to NexLedgr, potentially including Rollfi and Yodlee configurations.

You will act as the primary operational stakeholder throughout the conversion lifecycle to ensure accurate data migration and a seamless customer transition. The ideal candidate combines strong detail orientation with project management, data analysis, and customer-facing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in software implementation, onboarding, data conversion, or project management.
• Experience with large-scale data migration, mapping, validation, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute customer data conversions from legacy to NexLedgr.
• Maintain conversion plans, timelines, and readiness assessments.
• Validate migration datasets and perform pre/post-conversion QC.
• Prepare training notes and document conversion customizations.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure on-time delivery.
