Join our customer’s team as a Spanish Online Tutor and help learners unlock the power of fluent, natural communication. In this dynamic, fully remote position, you will guide students through engaging, conversational Spanish lessons, focusing on real-world language use and cultural competence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about teaching and language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one or small group conversational Spanish classes in a virtual setting.
• Foster an encouraging, interactive, and supportive learning environment.
• Adapt lesson plans to meet the proficiency and interests of each student.
• Provide regular feedback and constructive guidance on students’ verbal and written communication.
• Utilize digital tools and resources to enhance the online tutoring experience.
• Monitor student progress and celebrate learning milestones.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to continually improve instructional quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Passion for helping others learn and grow in their language abilities.
• Comfort with remote work and digital communication platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
• Empathy, patience, and adaptability in diverse learning situations.
• Reliable internet connection and computer setup for online instruction.

Preferred Qualifications:
