Job summary

V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a Conversational Design professional to lead content strategy and AI-enabled content workflows across multidisciplinary teams in a remote capacity.

The role focuses on crafting user-centered AI content visions, managing prompt libraries, and establishing governance and quality tracking while partnering across the enterprise to deliver best-in-class experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Content strategy, management, and UX writing experience.
• Leadership in building AI tools for content teams with usage guidelines, principles, and best practices.
• Proven Agile content management experience delivering high-impact outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience creating and managing prompt libraries and establishing AI quality tracking systems.
• Familiarity with or practice in Figma.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving to drive best-in-class thinking while leading all phases of the content workstreams.
• Experience contributing to AI governance frameworks and collaborating with stakeholders across the enterprise.

• Execute the mission for the team with a radically user-centric and iterative mindset.
• See the big picture so you can define and advocate for an ambitious content AI vision. Create and execute plans that deliver this vision in a scalable way, taking agentic AI into account.
• Advocate for human-centered design, communicating ideas and concepts clearly to audiences of all levels of understanding and seniority.
• Be a writer, bringing a maker mindset so teams can iterate and experiment collaboratively to challenge the status quo, inspire new thinking, and improve processes for creating future-forward product experiences.
• Model shared ownership through thoughts, actions, and behaviors. Get things done, raising the bar for performance, and taking accountability for your own actions.

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Conversational Design (Remote) for our premier client.

Education And Experience

• Content strategy, management, and UX writing experience
• Leadership roles in building and managing AI tools for content teams, including developing usage guidelines, principles, and best practices
• Strong and demonstrated background in content management in an Agile delivery model and a track record of shipping high impact outcomes in a fast-moving and changing environment
• Experience creating and managing prompt libraries and establishing AI quality tracking systems
• Demonstrated working knowledge of or practice in Figma
• Successful track record of creative problem-solving across cross-functional partners to drive best-in-class thinking from all parts of the organization while leading all phases of the content workstreams
• Demonstrated experience contributing to AI governance frameworks and best practices with an openness to partner and collaborate with various stakeholders across the enterprise.
