Uplift Marketing is seeking a Conversational AI Agent Engineer to create intelligent customer-facing agents for websites, messaging platforms, and business applications. You will design conversations, build retrieval workflows, and connect agents to business APIs.

Join a fully remote team building production-grade AI agents for international clients. We value hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs, and Python/JS, along with a strong focus on UX and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with conversational AI or chatbot development.
• Understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience with APIs and webhooks.
• Knowledge of RAG or knowledge-base systems.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of conversational UX.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
