Job summary

Aermican Orthodontics seeks a machinist to set up and operate milling machines, producing stainless steel parts to specification. You will read drawings, measure parts, and adjust tools to hold tight tolerances.

Responsibilities include running multiple mills, inspecting outputs, and performing additional duties to support business goals. Requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior machining experience is a plus.
• Experience reading drawings and holding tolerances is necessary.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate milling machines to produce stainless steel parts to specification.
• Read and interpret drawings to machine parts accordingly.
• Take measurements and adjust machines to maintain tolerances.
• Perform additional duties to meet business objectives.

Job Summary:

Set-up and operation of milling machines to produce stainless steel parts to specification.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Run several mills at one timeas well as perform inspections to ensure material is within specification
• Read and understand a drawing and machine parts to specification
• Take measurement and make machine adjustments as required to hold tolerances
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience running a mill or machining background a plus
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, toolmakers microscope
• 2 years' experience in direct manufacturing
• Must be able to standfor up to 8 to 10 hours per day
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
