Job summary

North 40 Outfitters in Great Falls, MT (East Location) is hiring a Full Time Conventional Fishing Associate to join our team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, stock and merchandise, and help customers find the right fishing gear.

Shift flexibility includes Mon-Sat 7 am–7 pm and Sun 9 am–5 pm, with weekends and holidays as needed. Previous merchandising experience is helpful and team collaboration is essential.

• Customer service and sales experience in a fast-paced store.
• Ability to upsell and suggest products to customers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
