Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or events.
• Knowledge of meetings and conventions industry desirable.
• Exceptional copywriting and editing across print and digital.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage a B2B content strategy for meeting planners and event executives.
• Write and edit high-impact content, case studies, testimonials, email/LinkedIn campaigns, and blog posts.
• Lead expansion campaigns for convention center projects and coordinate agency partners.
• Develop meeting planner personas and craft tailored messaging for Fort Worth's hospitality ecosystem.
• Oversee multiple projects and agencies to meet deadlines around major events.
• Oversee Meetings & Conventions website content updates and SEO optimization.
• Manage collateral for trade shows and coordinate with events team.
