Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel convention sales or related industry.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage event documentation across Sales, property departments and client.
• Ensure seamless turnover from sales to service and back to sales.
• Upsell opportunities and offer enhancements for events.
• Prepare monthly inventory and coordinate with General Manager.
• Train and supervise banquet staff and ensure budgeted sales quotas are met.
