Sheetz is seeking a Lead Team Member to guide store teams in delivering fast, friendly service in our 24/7 retail and food service environment. You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, at the register, and in the kitchen, ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and welcoming experience.

You’ll support shift operations, including inventory checks, food safety, opening/closing procedures, while coaching and training team members.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and train team members to maintain safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
