• Maintain building and equipment in maximum operating condition.
• Implement pricing policies to maintain pricing integrity.
• Follow safety standards from Loss Prevention and fire safety.
• Maintain inventory levels and product freshness.
• Monitor gas supplies and pricing per regulations.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet store needs.
• Oversee weekly payroll administration.
