Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or related service industry
• At least 2 years of management experience with direct responsibility for financial performance, including P&L accountability, in a high-volume retail environment
• Proven ability to build and sustain a customer-focused culture that prioritizes service excellence and guest satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and liquor regulations
• Conduct store audits and maintain high operational and image standards
