We are a busy, high-traffic convenience store and gas station committed to providing excellent customer service and a clean, safe environment for our community. We're seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive store success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the convenience store and fuel station
• Manage staff scheduling, hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and operational policies
• Handle inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Monitor fuel pricing and coordinate with fuel suppliers
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the store
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, labor, inventory)
• Control shrinkage and manage loss prevention efforts
• Maintain POS systems and coordinate with maintenance teams as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in retail or gas station management
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
