Job summary

Waste Management is seeking a team member to receive and collect refuse at designated convenience sites. The role involves handling containers, loading and unloading at the site, and assisting with the garbage truck as needed.

Ideal candidates will be able to perform repetitive motions, have good eye-hand-foot coordination, and tolerate sitting, talking, and hearing tasks. This is an on-site position with opportunities for growth within a large national company.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and carries containers from convenience site customers and dumps refuse from containers into appropriate bins.
• Gathers separated recycling materials and dumps them into appropriate recycling bins at the convenience site.
• Assists in loading, unloading and cleaning garbage truck at the convenience site as necessary.
• Starts hoisting device that raises refuse bin attached to rear of truck as necessary.
• Performs other duties as directed at the convenience site.

Job description

Pay Range: $12.98

Shift: 2 days a week 7am-7pm 2 consecutive days in a week
