Green House is hiring a Convenience Retail Representative to help grow the presence of C4 and Bloom Energy in your local market. What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with store managers and decision-makers across your territory.
- Ensure C4 and Bloom Energy products are in stock, prominently displayed, and supported with the latest marketing materials.
- Build and maintain compelling in-store displays and cold coolers.
- Introduce and promote new products to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Support retail events, sampling activations, and reset/rework opportunities.
- Use REPSLY to track daily visits, KPIs, and retail performance in real-time.
- Partner with distributors and retailers on resets, display builds, and merchandising initiatives.
- Participate in market blitzes, crew drives, and distributor sales meetings as needed.
- Previous experience in merchandising, sales, or working in convenience/gas stations strongly preferred.
- Valid Driver's License, vehicle liability insurance for driving a company vehicle, and a driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and meet the physical demands of daily store visits.
- A team player who is dependable, motivated, and thrives on hitting goals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable navigating store environments, including cold vaults and tight spaces.
- Increase Total Points of Distribution (TPDs) for C4 and Bloom Energy.
- Maximize product assortment and shelf placement.
- Improve cold availability and off-shelf display presence.
- Strengthen retailer relationships through consistent, quality execution.
- Complete 120 routes across the Big Geyser network.
- Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
- Auto: We will cover additional insurance expenses up to $400 to drive and maintain the company van.
- Communication Allowance: $75 monthly
