Job summary

Cencora is seeking candidates for a facilities maintenance role supporting its AmerisourceBergen distribution services in the US. The position follows a Sunday–Thursday shift from 4:00pm until close, with pay between $32.00 and $37.00 per hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

A High School Diploma or GED is required, with an Associate's degree in a related field preferred and maintenance certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities maintenance, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting or related field.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, electronics, mechanical systems, facilities maintenance, or related field preferred.
• Certification in maintenance, technical operations, or equipment handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate task sequencing and resource allocation to optimize workflow and meet service targets.
• Monitor installation performance and system outputs to identify trends and initiate corrective actions.
• Evaluate technical discrepancies and documentation gaps to improve controls and reduce recurrence.
• Ensure adherence to installation procedures and safety standards across operations.
• Resolve complex technical issues using structured troubleshooting and escalate when required.
• Instruct team members on installation practices and technical standards to improve execution quality.

Job Details

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Shift: Sunday through Thursday; 4:00pm until close

Pay Rate: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour, including shift differential ( depending on experience)

Sign-on Bonus: $2000.00

Responsibilities

• Coordinates task sequencing and resource allocation to optimize workflow efficiency and meet service targets.

Work Experience

• 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required.

Certifications

• Certification in maintenance, technical operations, or equipment handling, or equivalent preferred.
