Controls Technician - Startup - Powers HVAC - Northwest Arkansas

We are seeking a reliable individual to join our Controls Startup team.

Responsibilities

• Startup and checkout of controls systems based on contract documents.
• Startup and checkout of Variable Frequency Drives.
• Preparation of as-builts, commissioning, and document management.
• Read and interpret sequence of operations for startup procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in controls installation preferred.
• Ability to properly build and assign controls points to DDC Controllers is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building control systems and interfaces.
• Experience working with Commissioning and Construction Contractors is preferred.
• Proficient in operating a computer.
• Willingness to work extended hours to complete tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to discuss issues and develop solutions.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and mature judgment.
• Willingness to learn Siemens tools such as Commissioning Tool, ABT Site, LaunchPad, etc.
