Key Responsibilities:

• Install, program, and commission BAS controls and associated HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair BAS hardware and software issues.
• Configure and test controllers, sensors, actuators, and network components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and control drawings.
• Perform system diagnostics and optimize building performance through automation.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on BAS functionalities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and system configurations.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for safety and quality.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• 3+ years of experience designing, installing, programming, and commissioning Commercial Building Automation Systems.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following BAS: Johnson Controls (preferred), Schneider Electric, Siemens, Trane, or Daikin.
• A team player mentality and strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with BACnet, LonWorks, and/or Modbus communication protocols.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
