Job summary

You will train technicians, coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshoot PLCs and drives, and ensure food-safety compliance while supporting uptime and safety.

Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment issues, installing upgrades, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• CMMS usage and inputting work orders and notifications.
• Update procedures and address deficiencies in SAP.
• Ability to write job-specific procedures and set task frequencies.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain plant equipment.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, and controls.
• Install and upgrade equipment and control systems for reliability.
• Maintain refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and safety policies.
• Document work orders and system records; communicate issues timely.
• Train maintenance personnel on troubleshooting and repair activities.
