Job summary

Cencora is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to support its distribution services in the US, based in Pelham, AL. The role offers a pay range of $27/hr to $32/hr DOE and a Sunday-Friday shift from 7am to 3:30pm, with alternating weekends.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in facilities maintenance and a relevant degree, preferably with a CFM certification. Responsibilities include data analysis to improve workflow, implementing efficiency improvements, coordinating cross-team tasks,

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required.
CFM certification or equivalent preferred.
Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering technology, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, facilities management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

Analyzes routine operational data to support issue resolution and improve workflow consistency.
Implements incremental process adjustments that enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve service delivery.
Coordinates task dependencies across teams to support smooth execution and timely completion of activities.
Escalates atypical issues with clear context and recommended actions to support effective resolution.
Performs assigned maintenance and operational activities to sustain equipment reliability and process continuity.
