Job summary

Qualifications

• HVAC license or 2-year degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning or similar field.
• Minimum 2 years related experience servicing electronic and/or mechanical HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC controls systems and facilities management systems.
• Ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people.
• Leadership to support on-site mechanics on non-complex equipment.
• PC experience and ability to program HVAC related software.

Responsibilities

• Perform system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools.
• Troubleshoot basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls issues; respond to warranty calls.
• Provide on-site customer solutions and recommendations to improve building efficiency.

Troubleshoots and resolves basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls problems. Responds to basic warranty calls. Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service related items.
