Job summary

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai is seeking an HVAC Technician in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role involves commissioning HVAC systems, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Building Automation Systems. The position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $27.98 to $32.82.

What you will do

• Perform assigned system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control problems and respond to warranty calls.
• Load system-level controller software.
• Perform commissioning and system diagnostics from supervisory level devices to system-level controllers and end devices (such as sensors, actuators, etc.) and complete all required commissioning documentation.
• Keep management and JCI contractor or customer informed of job progress and issues.
• Calibrate systems requiring electronic test equipment.
• Complete administrative tasks including but not limited to time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation.
• Document change and provide information for as-built documentation.
• Communicate with the JCI contractor or customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site.
• Follow all safety standards and attend required safety training.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $27.98 - 32.82 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
