The Controls Specialist is responsible for supporting controls systems on released products, including troubleshooting, field issue resolution, and coordination of software updates. This role serves as the first responder for controls related issues across production, field, and service environments, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations. The Controls Specialistalso supports production test systems and collaborates closely with cross functional teams, owning all post launch controls support activities and driving issues through to resolution.

• Troubleshoots electrical, controls, and system level issues on released products in both shop and field environments

Requirements

Qualifications and Essential Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2-4 years of experience in controls, electrical systems, or manufacturing environment.

Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical and hydraulic control systems.

Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, hydraulic schematics, and technical documentation.

Experience working with HMIs, sensors, and basic control systems preferred.
