Job summary

QUANTUM BUILDING SOLUTIONS, INC. in Richardson, TX is seeking a Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) technician for a full-time role to service, troubleshoot, and repair BAS/DDC networks.

You will work with Tridium Niagara and major platforms (Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Distech, ABB) while collaborating with engineering and project teams on integrations and programming. Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with DDC/BAS systems is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and programming skills (ladder logic/PLC/DDC).
• Experience with major controls platforms (Distech, Honeywell, Johnson, ABB, etc.).
• Niagara/N4 certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Location: Richardson, TX

Pay Range: $35-$50/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (with occasional overtime/weekends)

What You Bring

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
