Job summary

QUANTUM BUILDING SOLUTIONS, INC. is seeking a Controls Service Tech in Richardson, TX to service, troubleshoot, and repair Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS).

The role involves diagnosing HVAC control issues, supporting integration and programming, and collaborating on larger projects with engineering teams. You will work with platforms like Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, and Distech, ABB, and must have 3+ years’ BAS/DDC experience plus strong ladder logic/ PLC/DDC programming

Qualifications

• 3+ years with DDC/BAS systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and programming skills (ladder logic/PLC/DDC).
• Experience with major controls platforms (Distech, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, ABB).
• Niagara/N4 certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair BAS/BMS.

Controls Service Tech

Location: Richardson, TX

Pay Range: $35-$50/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (with occasional overtime/weekends)
