Gulfstream Strategic Placements seeks a BAS service assistant project manager to help run building automation service projects from planning to closeout on-site in the Seattle area.

You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams, track progress, flag risks, and assist with schedules and budgets while supporting integrations across Tridium Niagara, ALC, Alerton, and Metasys.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Three or more years in BAS controls.
• Working knowledge of BACnet and DDC.
• AutoCAD and Visio skills.

• Keep engineers and technicians pulling in the same direction.
• Catch problems early so nobody is surprised late.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Nice-to-Haves

• Service-side experience with existing buildings.
• Niagara certification.
