Southland Industries is seeking a qualified individual for a role in DDC building automation and control systems at their Dulles Town Center location. Responsibilities include configuring and programming complex software, performing system testing, and mentoring team members.
The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in mechanical engineering or related field, with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in DDC systems. Competitive benefits, including a generous 401(k) match and full medical insurance, are offered.
This position is responsible for configuring and programming more complex software for DDC building automation and control systems. In addition, this role performs basic system testing and commissioning and mentors and leads less-experienced team members.
Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Virginia this ranges from $82,000 - $97,000 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
