Job summary

Ambient Enterprises’ DMG division seeks a BAS/HVAC controls specialist to program building automation systems and support customer projects. The role requires hands-on experience with Tridium Niagara 4, Distech or Honeywell BAS, and strong problem-solving skills.

Location in California with in-office training followed by hybrid work arrangement. Salary range reflects DOE, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within the Ambient enterprise family.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in BAS or commercial HVAC controls.
• Familiarity with BAS systems such as Distech or Honeywell.
• 3+ years experience with Tridium Niagara 4.

Responsibilities

• Program Tridium Niagara 4 and BACnet controllers to sequence.
• Build control graphics for customer front-end view of a system.
• Update software, troubleshoot complex systems, and create programming software.
• Communicate with customers, provide training, and recommend system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Control programming of building automation systems for commercial buildings
  Program Tridium Niagara 4 and BACnet based controllers to sequence
  Build control graphics for customer front-end view of a system
  Update software, troubleshooting complex systems, and create programming software
  Communicate with customers, provide training, and recommend system improvements
  Coordinate with managers, provide technical recommendations for sales, and submit documentation promptly
  Visit job sites for field programming and troubleshooting
  Maintain technical proficiency through self-study and certifications.

Qualifications

• Building automation systems (BAS) or commercial HVAC controls experience
  Familiarity with BAS systems such as Distech, Honeywell, or others
  3+ Years Experience with Tridium Niagara 4

Location: Must start in office for on-going training, Hybrid
Compensation:$90,000-110,000 DOE
