About the Opportunity:

An established building automation and environmental controls contractor is seeking an experienced Controls Programmer to support projects throughout the Columbus, Ohio region. This position includes both in-field programming and in-office development work, with an emphasis on Tridium platforms and HVAC system integration. Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Controls Programmer or Systems Specialist
• Strong proficiency with Tridium/Niagara programming
• Ability to build complete control databases from the ground up
• Skilled in troubleshooting, refining, and developing BAS logic
• Effective communicator with field technicians, PMs, and customer stakeholders
• Knowledge of BACnet and common BAS communication protocols
• Understanding of HVAC systems and their integration with automation controls
• Comfortable performing onsite programming, commissioning support, and system validation
• Capable of overseeing programming tasks from initial development through final signoff
