The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering with automotive manufacturing experience and strong controls/electrical background, plus proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and 3D CAD.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
  • Automotive manufacturing engineering experience is required.
  • Controls and electrical engineering experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with automotive assembly, machining, tooling, or production facilities.
  • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and 3D CAD systems.
  • Travel extensively throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, including Sharonville, OH and Kentucky areas.

Responsibilities

  • Support new product launches for automotive assembly and component manufacturing operations.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, tooling plans, and production layouts.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product development, logistics, and supplier teams.
  • Lead tooling installation, startup, commissioning, and launch support activities.
  • Identify and resolve manufacturing, assembly, machining, and tooling issues.
  • Conduct 3D CAD reviews and analyze manufacturing feasibility for new designs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Document lessons learned and implement corrective actions for future programs.

Job Duties
  • Support new product launches for automotive assembly and component manufacturing operations
