FirstCall Mechanical Group LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Controls Installer to join our growing team. You will install HVAC control systems, read blueprints, and coordinate with electricians and other trades on job sites.

We are currently seeking an experienced Controls Installer to join the fast-growing FirstCall team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills, as well as a high level of customer service.
This position reports to the controls director, and has a responsibility to the entire controls team and all of our customers.
Ability to learn new skills and knowledge. Ability to understand concepts and complexity comfortably. Open to change and will try anything to find solutions. Able to handle uncertainty and make decisions without knowing the whole story.
Ability to discern between tasks to determine how best to accomplish goals and organize task/people assignments to get results in a timely way. Ability to figure out processes and simplify them in order to maximize workflow.

Has ability to work remote when not required in office for project-specific requirements.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate the computer keyboard and telephone, reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
