Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/controls/automation engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years of industrial controls experience in manufacturing.
- 5+ years in leadership or supervision of engineering or automation teams.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation systems within the last five years.
Responsibilities
- Lead plant automation and controls engineering across manufacturing operations.
- Provide technical leadership for control system architecture, PLC programming, HMIs, and industrial networking.
- Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions to improve safety, efficiency, and throughput.
- Manage projects from concept through commissioning, including budgeting and contractor management.
- Mentor controls engineers and maintenance personnel; drive safety and continuous improvement.
