Qualifications

• Eight plus years total experience; two plus years leading technical projects.
• Five years designing and implementing control systems in the industrial automation field.
• Proven ability to positively influence engineer's development and progression.
• Breadth and depth of experience to enterprise engineering problems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience presenting to colleagues and company management.
• Speaks effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

The position combines technical expertise in industrial control systems with people leadership, workload management, cross-functional collaboration, and customer engagement to ensure successful project delivery in terms of quality, cost, timing, and customer satisfaction.
