Job summary

Prysmian Group seeks a skilled engineer to manage and optimize electrical and control systems within our plant. You will develop control logic, diagnose PLC programs, and contribute to plant reliability through design modifications and precise documentation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in system engineering, with strong motor control and drive knowledge (AC/DC/VFD) and the ability to read PID drawings. This on-site role requires safety discipline and collaboration with maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced computer skills including PLC programming.
• Experience with Wonderware is a plus.
• 5 years minimum in a system engineering role; BS/MS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Develop, write, and de-bug control logic for machine control.
• Analyze electrical schematics to component level for repairs.
• Provide engineering support and direction to maintenance to optimize performance.
• Develop and maintain control system drawings and documentation.
