Kikkoman Foods, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineering Technician to assist the Electrical Engineering and Maintenance teams on a range of projects in a manufacturing setting.

The role involves developing cost estimates, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and maintaining electrical drawings and documentation. The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, with experience in plant layouts and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or 7+ years in manufacturing engineering preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and plant layout knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, planning and cost estimates for projects under Electrical Engineering Supervisor.
• Coordinate projects with equipment suppliers, contractors, maintenance foreman and departments.
• Maintain electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Support HACCP/GMP/SQF, Safety and ISO paperwork and standards.
• Assist with SCADA and PLC systems maintenance and improvements.
• Provide support on maintenance projects and capital improvements.
