Job summary

Marvin in Minneapolis seeks a Controls Engineer to design, program, and support automation and control systems for our premium window and door manufacturing operations. You will develop and troubleshoot PLC/HMI solutions, integrate drives and sensors, and optimize equipment for safety, reliability, and throughput.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams on new equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects, while maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

Experience designing and implementing automated control systems.
Strong understanding of PLC and HMI programming.
Familiarity with electrical safety standards and documentation practices.
