Job summary

Marvin in Minneapolis seeks a Controls Engineer to design, program, and support automation and control systems for our premium window and door manufacturing operations. You will develop and troubleshoot PLC/HMI solutions, integrate drives and sensors, and optimize equipment for safety, reliability, and throughput.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams on new equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects, while maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing automated control systems.
• Strong understanding of PLC and HMI programming.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards and documentation practices.
