Job summary

Dubak Electrical Group LLC is seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to design, develop, and maintain control systems for manufacturing and automation processes. The role covers PLC programming, HMI development, electrical design, and field support.

Mid-level experience (3–8 years) with AutoCAD, Rockwell/RSLogix environments, and UL standards is expected. Expect travel up to 60% to client sites and strong collaboration with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3–8 years of mid-level experience with controls systems design and development.
• Experience in integrated controls solutions for manufacturing and packaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, test, and commission control systems.
• Develop, procure, and track control system BOMs.
• Lead small projects and mentor other engineers.
• Provide field interaction, system integration, and start-up support.
• Develop and implement automation and control strategies for manufacturing processes.
• Produce design specs, FAT/SAT documents, and submittals.
