A renewable energy solutions provider in Katy, TX is seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to design, program, and test control systems for microturbines. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in industrial controls and strong PLC programming skills. Duties include conducting factory acceptance testing, troubleshooting turbine control systems, and providing on-site customer support. This position offers a mix of office and fieldwork, requiring travel for installations and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial controls or power generation.
• Ability to travel for commissioning and customer support.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and protection systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop, program, and test PLC, HMI, and control logic.
• Conduct FAT and SAT at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot turbine control systems and instrumentation.
