Role Opportunities
Work with sales and customers to develop solutions for custom equipment for paint/fluid/adhesive applications
Assist with the design and development of industrial paint process equipment
Panel layouts, component selection, etc.
Servo Motion, VFD, Stepper Motion
Studio 5000 / Factory Talk (required), Fanuc integration, Siemens, Codesys
Document project electrical schematics using 2D CAD and SolidWorks Electrical
Electrical troubleshooting
Panel building and mechanical assembly, if needed
Onsite commissioning of systems
Successful Candidates Should Have the Following Skills & Experience
Associate or bachelor’s degree in an engineering field
3+ years of experience troubleshooting electrical systems
3+ years of experience with low voltage and high voltage 3-phase systems
Ability to read and modify electrical prints using AutoCAD
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
Experience in PLC programming (LD, ST) with Allen Bradley
Understanding of industrial network infrastructures including Ethernet and DeviceNet
HMI development using PanelView
Working knowledge of electrical circuits
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email, and Internet
Ability to work in a team environment and interact effectively with others
Support installation of both mechanical and software controls
