Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with control systems in manufacturing industries.
• Experience configuring PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, and MES applications.
• Understanding of process control or other manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience delivering projects to successful completion.
• Ability to manage a project lifecycle from start to finish.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for internal and external audiences.
• Proficient in MS Office software; professional demeanor.
• Willing to work off-hours when required; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document control systems meeting customer requirements.
• Lead project teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Communicate with customers on-site and office to present work and derive solutions.
• Travel to customer sites to implement and test deliverables.
• Meet with project managers and SMEs to assess status and plan next steps.
• Mentor engineers to teach control concepts and project methodologies.
