Job summary

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Controls Engineering.
  • Must be graduating between Aug 2027 and Jun 2029.
  • Willingness to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Experience with plant environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical projects for new and improved operations.
  • Represent engineering in plant meetings to support performance goals.
  • Develop cost estimates, investment forecasts, and project plans for minor activities.
  • Apply statistical methods for continuous improvement of plant systems.
  • Schedule and coordinate changes to improve assembly processes.
