Job summary

e Solutions is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to design, implement, and troubleshoot industrial control systems using Honeywell Niagara platforms. You will develop HMI/SCADA interfaces, support field commissioning, and collaborate with project teams to ensure systems meet specifications.

The role requires a 3–5 year track record in automation, a Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in automation, building automation, or control systems engineering.
• Experience with Honeywell Niagara or similar building automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of control logic, PLC programming, networking, and industrial communication protocols.
• Experience developing or supporting HMI and SCADA systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex automation systems and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement industrial control systems using Honeywell Niagara platforms.
• Program, configure, and test automation systems based on project specs and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose control system issues remotely and on-site.
• Perform system integration and testing for automation and control solutions.
• Develop and maintain HMI and SCADA interfaces for monitoring and usability.
• Support field commissioning activities and ensure systems operate as designed.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
• Assist with development of project proposals, specifications, and system documentation.
• Collaborate with customers, project managers, and internal engineering teams throughout project execution.
