Job summary

ARRAY Company in Chandler, Arizona is seeking a Controls Engineer I to contribute to advancing clean energy through the development and troubleshooting of PLC-based control systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields and experience with C/C++ programming.

As part of a dedicated team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments, supporting the deployment and validation of innovative control systems tailored for solar tracker products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or other Natural Sciences required.
• 2+ years in programming in C/C++.
• Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, program, test, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems.
• Implement new algorithms and features into existing controller and PLC platforms.
• Create and maintain documentation including test procedures and technical reports.
